Drainmasters answered quickly and professionally. I was quoted a time they would be there and they were right on time. Two employees came out and addressed my issues wearing booties and gloves careful to clean any resulting messes. When my job requires additional needs they scheduled the needs and quickly fixed the plumbing issues. I am very pleased with the service and pricing! I have used Drain Masters three times now and I would not go with any other company. They are on time, efficient, courteous, and very affordable. They provide a 2 hour window for when they will arrive, they call when they are on their way, they show up and they get the job done. I only have great things to say about this company and about every staff member that I have interacted with. Can't thank you enough for saving us! We tried to fix it ourselves to no avail! When the professionals came, we were so happy! They did a great job! Fast and efficient and very personable!! I had not used Drain Masters, but I did call them as I had quite a problem with a drain in a commercial building. I had no idea the extent of the problem, but as the minutes ticked away the water kept coming back up through the floor drain in the common laundry room. We were referred to Drain Masters by Polar Maintenance Plumbing...and they were great. We had a full apartment back up...could have had to do a new line. I have lived with this plumbing for 38 years and NO plumbing, drain folks or Rotor Rotor type ever even tried to open the old fashion entrance drain that goes all the way too the street. They did not even TRY!!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Drain masters came and had the sucker off in 10 minutes and cleaned all the drain...stopped the ongoing flood and put the cap back on!..HIRE Them
