Great staff who are knowledgeable about their products. Very professional, only reason for the 4 Star was the wait to get my supplies took a little while and I had to call the shop to send someone out. Rude, poor poor customer service. Two older gentleman that hate their job. Still spent $1000 because couldn't find it in town. Their lack of help and respect was a turn off. We will not shop here unless absolutely necessary. Sad for an Alaskan company, we got better service at Lowes!
