The Lowe's survey was to time consuming and complicated to complete so I decided to post my dissatisfaction here. I have NEVER seen such incompetence in all my life. Starting from appliances to what they call Customer Service. I spent over $3,000 in appliances and have never been more frustrated. I have been dealing with this nightmare for over a month and it is still going on, like a bad recurring dream. I don't think Customer Service has one brain between them, although I did have an encounter with a very bright woman in Customer Service but she was the only one even the manager of Customer Service was no better. My next dealing will be with the stores manager and I do hope this will have a better outcome. I also purchased appliances at the Home Depot at the same time and that transition went very smoothly. I will update after my encounter with the store manager. Great customer service ! I was helped right away by this very nice gentleman named Bruce he works I believe in appliances . He made sure I knew what was involved with installation and prices and very knowledgeable answered all my questions , and had me all set up with delivery . I recommend this Lowe's for everything ! I will be a returning customer ❤ Thank you! I use to only shop at lowes for my home needs. I recently got new carpet installed in my house. I went through Lowes to get the carpet and to have their installers do it. They did a bad job no transition strips in place, carpet on the stairs is lose, and the tac strips poke thru the carpet and my kids step on them. ( still not been taken care of , calling getting run around from lowes and the installers been 5 weeks. Nothing no resolve) plus they did not carpet a section of my living room which I specifically asked if they did measurements and the workers said yes the did the measurements and lowes said they do not have measurements for that area. I am tired of getting the run around, say they are going to help and talk to installers and nothing. Got a good deal on a new refrigerator. In the appliance section, at least, I never have trouble getting friendly and not pushy assistance from a sales associate. One staffer said, "whazzzzup?" When I asked for help. He kept walking away when I was trying to ask for help. He was moving empty boxes around so I know he wasn't busy with a customer. Later I needed his help again and I mentioned he didn't seem very interested in helping. He tried to say he was busy helping other customers but I saw his stash of empty Funions wrappers.
