It would be nice if you guys would list the hours so we don't have to waste time and gas to find you closed. I called to locate a part I needed. The salesperson quickly checked their online inventory and advised that they had 3 of the item I needed. My wife went by to pick up the part, but 2 other salespersons could not locate it in their online inventory or on the shelf. I went by later and checked the shelf with similar products and quickly found the 3 packages. When I went to pay for it the young man was courteous and efficient in using the cash register. However the price online didn't match the one on the shelf, but he quickly made corrections and got me checked out. This was while he was assisting two other customers. My wife ordered a mattress here about a month ago. They have delayed it several times saying we would get it each following rescheduled time. And today again rescheduled. It used to be her favorite store but now she and I just want our mattress and compensation. The service has been ridiculous and she has been having to jump through hoops to get this fixed. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst experience!! Called to verify tires available to put on a 1 ton van earlier during the week. Brought van in and did all the necessary paper. You think they would have checked to see if they had the tires in shop by that time. Then after leaving van in their shop for most of the day to have tires placed on we received a call to stating,..."OH, WE DON'T HAVE THE TIRES!" By this time it was late afternoon and the day shot, as well as in a desperate need to get it done by another company fast. We have always used Sears, but no longer and we on sharing the wealth, you can bank on that. You certainly got the tip of the sword working there! We called the manager and he didn't even have a clue! Corporate, please get someone in there to really manage the tire and auto service better, the manager said you didn't even have a district manger to talk or even in place in Anchorage. Train your people to really do good customer service. Time is money! Never again!!! Thank you Tabitha that helped my husband on his shoe return even though an older customer care assistant was yelling at her saying she's doing it all wrong.. actually she went above and beyond customer care. I had to exchange a pair of tennis shoes that's not even a month old, they were literally falling apart and I am a truck driver from So. California and I had to return them asap it was so bad my back was killing me. We pulled up my wife's myrewards account retrieved the info still with that old lady nagging over her shoulder and several other distractions around her. She was extreaml helpful and polite. And yo top it off she wasn't even in the shoe dept. Nobody was in that fept. So... thank you again Tabitha for your above and beyond customer help. Very satisfied. She needs a customer appreciation pin if you do that Sincerely A very happy truck driver
