Most of the time, I am hard pressed to find help. But, I enjoy being left alone, so I guess it's a perk of being brown and bare faced in a department store. However, the associates in the junior and shoe department are always amazing. They give amazing recommendations, are super fast and attentive, and incredibly friendly. I have also had great luck with the beauty counters as well, they are always very knowledgeable. I visited the handbag department the other day and really enjoyed the easy, fast checkout process there. Everyone is usually incredibly friendly while checking out, but if you don't "look the part", expect little to no help in most departments. Nice, clean bathrooms though. We always have the best service here finding children's shoes. Excellent customer service. Quality products Everything we need for family friends n a lil for us..n A kind of small mall, but people there are nice.
