A little too expensive but good quality. Good selection for adventure. Great staff! Super helpful! Friendly people good products reasonable prices. Parking sucks because it's downtown Anchorage Rude staff who were reluctant to help. Had a horrible experience with North Face's life-time warranty guarantee. Paid over $90 for a minor fix and waited 8 weeks for the whole process. Pathetic. I was informed I would pay no more than $50 for the repair, in writing. There is also not a single non-white employee working here. Prices are over-the-top and basically serves as a place where rich and upper-middle class white people shop to show off how much they spent on a given item. "$800 for a low-quality winter coat? Oh but wait, it has the North Face logo on it. Gotta have it." Never going here again. Really nice store, thank you for investing in our city. I love North Face. Great selection
