Very flexible pickup time for on-hold items. I have not had a bad experience, but the workers could go around more asking customers if they need a changing room, whats on sale, ect. great store The "lady" who I tried very hard to speak to was rude and totally disinterested. She did not return my initial greeting and never answered any of my questions. She never made eye contact. I had the distinct impression that I was a monumental pain in the butt for making her do some actual work! Rolling the eyes and grimacing at every question I asked. She never responded to any of my questions. She was totally incompetent and took over 10 minutes to establish that the jeans I wanted were out of stock. Apparently they will never ever be in stock again since I was not even able to place an order. It sure gave me the impression that American Eagle does NOT want my business. I am happy to oblige! People in Anchorage are usually warm, friendly and welcoming. This was a stark contrast. If this was my business she would be out on the street within seconds! Shame on you American Eagle. I had read other bad reports about this store but having been treated so well in Anchorage by other people I ignored it. Big mistake! Go buy your jeans some place else!
