I love this store. I took my brother there to help him buy professional attire. He had never been in the store before. The staff were helpful in sticking within his budget and finding clothes that fit him well. "Car dealership type of service" Christopher did a great job sizing me for dress shoes. But he miss informed me by saying that the shoes had leather soles when I asked. Come to found out they do not have leather soles. Just an honest mistake,I thought ill just take them back. (unworn) They wouldn't return them. I couldn't even talk to a manager. Christopher took my name and number down so the owner could call and explain why they don't do returns. I never did get a call. If they had admitted they made a mistake and refunded me. Their service would be great. Instead it feels like you're buying cloths from a car dealership. Good luck getting service after you hand them your money. Bought a nice Cutter and Buck green polo two weeks ago and I still love it like I bought it today!! Awesome customer service. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, they were never shipped and my wife had to call them multiple times before doing so. It took an extra week which wasn't a big deal but then one of the shoes had a loose thread on the side, so I go to return them and come to find out they don't have a RETURN policy- it's an EXCHANGE policy. At this point I am Livid because I wanted to shop at Nordstrom. I was very disappointed and I will most likely not return. Sean did a great job. Knew I wasn't much into formal wear, and adjusted accordingly, making the experience enjoyable. The altered pants are being mailed to us on the peninsula. Great service!
