I have never had a problem at this store, the girls that work here go above and beyond to help me find what I need, especially when i have my toddler with me. The lines are usually short and take an average amount of time to get through. Prices are still decent, but the real gems are usually found in the sale racks. Would not return my items even with a receipt. Was told I only had 45 days.. I understand however I am nearly 4 HOURS away from the nearest store and they would not allow me to ship it back since I did not purchase on-line. Also their pricing was very tricky! They had women's solid tshirts next to printed ones on the same table with one sign $5 each The solid ones were $5 the printed $15. That was very frustrating as I'm shopping with children and do not have the time to get out of line and have them pick out different items then get back in line to pay.. Worst experience I've ever had shopping here. Perhaps it's time to go elsewhere as their customer service is sorely lacking. Prices are decent but the lines are to long. Took 10 minutes to get through the checkout line with minimal items.
