My wife has always liked this store. But I'm very disappointed and feel I should tell about how she was cheated and treated regarding the items she sold. She got $22 total for a Dora chair they're selling for $8, a pair of xtra tufs they're selling for $15, a snowboard they're selling for $15, AND an ergo wrap SHE NEVER USED that I'm certain they are selling for more than what they paid her. When you do the math it doesn't add up. Just the three items not including the ergo wrap add up to $19 if given a fair 50%. Not fair or right whatsoever. Then she was called about this review and treated very rudely and felt attacked regarding her choices. Not that it's this company's business, but the buy wasn't an issue until we saw the highway robbery prices they were charging for the little amount She received. She thought they would sell those things for reasonable prices. She was hurt and very disappointed. They tried to tell her she gave them the ergo with food on it. An absolute lie as not only did she never use it, but she even ran it through a wash and dry before selling. I know this because I had to help her with our children while she took the time to do so. She was also told by one of their employees that their policy was what She had originally stated in her review as giving 50%, and if that wasn't the case she was happy to remove that part from her review. She was then called a liar and treated very poorly and unprofessionally. I could hear the woman being loud and rude as my jaw dropped at the unprofessional nature of the call. Very disturbing and distressing my wife was treated this way and we will never go back. Will never go back to kid to kid to buy or sell. Staff is ok. Items were pretty good. Some of the prices were laughable for how used the items were. But over all good stuff. This store is organized with a good selection at good prices! Very high quality discerning employees. I couldn't sell awesome stuff that hadn't been worn or played with before. Seems like a good place. Location is a bit hard to get to. Store is amazing! They have tons of really great clothes and toys at really affordable prices. They have new and gently used merchandise including clothes, books, shoes, toys, diapers, anything baby related really.
