Awful service. I've tried shopping at the H&M in Colorado too and it's always been an awful experience. They needed my card just to put money BACK on my card!!! I even had my receipt too! I literally had to make TWO TRIPS just to return a baby sweater! Even Lowe's doesn't need your debit card to put money back on your card! What if parents shopped with a credit card for back to school clothing? They'd have to run back home just to get the stupid card! Deeply disappointed. Such a huuge waste of my time. And everything is overpriced too. The only thing that's worth looking at is the kids clothes and that's it. Saw some great deals on their website and went to get the shirts for my son. Turned out all of the shirts were full price in the store. $17.99 instead of $7.99. I wasn't interested in paying that much for kid clothes from h&m and my son didn't understand and ended up tantrumming in their store. Lesson learned will not be shopping here again but their website looks like the place to shop. The Associates are less then friendly, could in some cases even be considered hostile if you don't fit there little click wen you walk through the door some people don't want to dress like a high schooler there whole life and simply want something nice for a special occasion or day out... great deals! great clothes. Got a lot of kids school clothes for under $100. I bought like 15 items, not one person came up to ask me for help. The employee in the men's section looked petrified to talk to people, so I had to pick out everything myself.
