my family and i had a good time going here. food was good overall; good tasting, well portioned, reasonably priced. there was a 50's Americana theme from employee outfits to food and music. only reason i don't go more often is because it's all the way across town for me. If you order it for takeout check your food! They almost always get it wrong or forget to give you an item and still bill you. I truly don’t believe they even deserve one star. The service was superlative, the young lady at the counter was outstanding. This was the first time I've eaten at this chain in 25 years, I kind of build it up in my head to whatever remembered, and it was similar but not exactly the same. But I've read other reviews for the place wasn't clean, I don't think that's the case, the men use a lot larger now than what I was used to, but the food was exactly what I expected it to be Good place to eat. WiFi was free so I was able to study here after dinner. Every time I've gone to schlotzkys, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of. Stormy helped me out when ordered 24 classic cinnabon rolls from them, and when I mentioned that the rolls were for the staff at my son's school, she gave me a ton of free coupons for the teachers! Not to mention the fact that I called well before they opened and asked how soon I could pick up the rolls if I ordered them, and she had them ready within 40 minutes for me, I was able to pick them up before their business day had even started! Every time I go to schlotzkys I'm more and more impressed, this place is quickly becoming my favorite place in town, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone!
