  I placed an order for a cake with Ben 2 weeks ago and was very specific about wanting the cake to be gold and scheduled a pick up time for 11am. I went to pick up the cake today and they were not open. I left a message and finally reached someone (found out it was the owner) at 12pm. She informed me that due to staffing they had changed their hours to noon. It would have been nice if she would have called customers scheduled to pick up at 11am to inform them of the change. I got to the bakery and she brought out a pink cake! The cake is for a man. I informed her of this and she was going to correct the error with an airbrush. While she was getting the airbrush ready, she asked the customer behind me what they wanted to order, not even asking me if there was anything else that I needed. I waited several minutes and it turns out that the airbrush wasn't working. I told her I would just take the pink cake. I told her that I had additional items to order. One of the items was a raspberry bar and I needed two. She did not have anymore than two and since she had taken the order of the person BEHIND ME, I could only have one of the bars and she had to give the other one to the customer AFTER ME. I have been purchasing cakes from there since before they changed owners (many, many years). I have to say that the attention to detail and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I only gave a one star review because it won't allow me to post with zero stars. This place is awesome I went here to buy a cake had no clue what I wanted and needed it in 6 hours they took care of me and made an amazing chocolate cake for my wife's 21st. Really good food and food the price is well worth the quality even then the prices are very fair. Never use her!! We went to her for her cupcakes for my best friends bridal shower and we needed them before 11:00am today and she knew that and told us she would be there early this morning and she wasn't and wouldn't answer the phone when we called twice. She is very in reliable. I am very disappointed and frustrated that she lied. Especially that we paid ahead of time so we could just pick them up and get out of there. That wasn't the case. We had to wait until 1:30pm to pick them up. Very disappointed!! Liz took my cake order a week and a half in advance. I asked for a small red velvet with pink/black decorations, chocolate drip on the side. I told her to be creative. I went to pick up on the day that I asked for and the cake wasn't ready. So I said I'll come back tomorrow, the day of the party. My husband went the next day, and the cake wasn't ready. He waited as Liz quickly put the cake together, placed it in the box and charged $55. What I got is a cake with brown sprinkles on the side. No creativity or effort was put into this cake, yet I had to call and asked what the hell happened to my pink & black cake? Her excuse was that she didn't have time and she gave me a stock cake. Why write one's order down, if you do what you want anyway? The audacity this woman is beyond me. I suggest you go somewhere else if you are expecting a spectacular cake. I've gotten a nicer cake from Carrs safeway! In response to the owners I placed more effort in this review than you did with that cake! Me and my wife got a two tier wedding cake from here. The customer service ☆☆☆☆☆ The cake look ☆☆☆☆☆ The cake taste☆☆☆☆☆. It was delivered to the reception before we arrived ☆☆☆☆☆ Every aspect of doing buisness with Celestial Sweets for our wedding cake was the experience that we were looking for in making our special day exactly how we wanted it to be!! I will not only suggest friends and family to go here but I will be returning for other occasions in the future!!!!!!!!
