Listen, this would have been a 4 or 5 star review if not for the terrible service I got from some chick named Erica at the popcorn counter. My elderly grandmother is trying to order a popcorn and a drink, and this girl is actively making plans to join this guy in the next line over in his movie like a date or something. In fact, I don't even think she said anything to us, another worker grabbed the popcorn and told us the total, she just stood behind the counter and ignored us completely. Literally the most unprofessional service I've ever had at a movie theater. Flirt on your own time. This interaction that shoyld have taken a minute and a half took about eight minutes. If you see this young lady, clean it up. Always a fantastic movie experience at the Tikahtnu Regal. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the theatre is kept clean. I don't think I have ever visited here and walked away disappointed. It far surpasses Century and Dimond Regal in terms of quality. Only downside is the chair placement in the theater rooms. Having a middle aisle between the upper and lower levels removes prime seating areas. Also, as a suggestion to the theater, please put butter salt at the condiment bar like Dimond does. We always enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and the staff ate very helpful. Comfortable seating and all but seems to hold on to movies a while. They have a nice snack bar with a good variety of items but take out your loan papers before going. Bought tickets using Atom app and forgot to add my Regal rewards card. They helped me to get my points. Employees are always nice and the theater is generally clean. They also have a gender neutral bathroom!
