Went there for the theater and food experience for the first time last night. IT WAS GREAT! the food was excellent and I love that you get to sit and watch your movie, while eating great food and having an excellent beer. I will DEFINITELY be going back on all my visits to Anchorage. The only reason for the 4 stars is that you can tell it has been a while since there was any updated or love to the building but I love it! The best place in town to watch a cheap movie with a great beer. Bear Tooth is in a great location, but still there is not enough parking here. Nearly every time I'm here I see someone get towed away across the street. The movies are popular and the times the movies are shown are perfect for families and single people to attend. The concerts sound great, but the airflow is still not enough to keep the temperature comfortable. You can't go wrong with a night at Bear Tooth or the Grill next door. I went to this theater with my brother and right of the bat I knew this place was special and different. We got our tickets for our showing, ordered a pizza and some brew, and went into the showing area where there's tons of seats and tables to sit at. We sat down, started enjoying the previews, movie and our brew before we were delivered an excellent pizza. The sound and picture quality was great and so was the service and food. The only downside is that the atmosphere could use a little love. Besides that, I had an exquisite time. What a great place! If you want a unique experience this is it! Feel like a beer?
