First time and first impression: This place is big, a lot of space. Was greeted and welcomed with a smile. The booth where we directed to sit was dark but no problem. The waitress, Renee was cordial, kind, and very informative. Chicken wings were great. All in all I gave Buffalo Wild Wings 5 stars. For being a large food chain serving many around the US, this one feels right at home. The choices in food to order can be daunting, and all of it legitimately filling. The service I had received was fantastic, and they were very patient with me when it comes to me being choosy. Even during a busy night. The quality is something you can taste, where a good amount of effort goes into it. It's not perfect but it's pretty damn good even for a far-reaching dine-in joint. Gotta say, was very satisfied with my service most of all. It's a stand out for certain. Ordered for pick up and was told that the food would be ready in 20 minutes, but ended up getting there around the time they said it would be ready only to wait an additional 45 minutes. When we asked the cashier why it might be taking so long, he seemed irritated that we even asked and snapped "it'll be ready in a minute" at us. But otherwise, great food and fun vibe in the restaurant. Great place, really accommodating, an the drink selection is pretty big an good. Food is really good. Usually just get wings which are always good but tried a few different wraps an they're all really good as well. You have to try their hottest sauce on a couple wings, just for the taste/ experience. Food is always great and comes out fast. Service is good. You have to like loud and a lot of t.v. action but atmosphere is still pleasant. Kinda pricey but they have half off wing Tuesday which keeps us coming!
