A rip off after paying $22.74 on a pizza that's supposed to be a large but more like a small! My 10 year old can eat a whole large pizza and still be hungry. It's as thin as the cardboard on the box it comes in and it doesn't taste that great either. It looks like a small pizza that you'd order at most other places here in Anchorage! A complete waste of money! Thumbs down for Pizza Hut! Complete joke of a place. Delivery driver wanted to verify the card which is fine, HOWEVER making a copy of the card and running off without an explanation is a joke. Then my husband called to find out why and the guy hung up on him. We came to the store to explaine how it feels like a scam and saying that the only way the bank will take the credit cards is with the copy of the card I highly doubt that considering this is the only place that has ever done this to me. The guy at the desk was rude and all he would say is that it's because of the bank. Had my info in his hand said he would do a refund then had a melt down when he wanted to see the receipts I was trying to find out which one he wanted then called me stupid asking like I didn't know what a receipt number is. So rude. I will stick with Dominos, Papa Johns, or Sicily's Pizza so much better customer service from them and their delivery drivers. Never again from this Pizza Hut. good food Just called to order a pizza. the guy who answered the phone wanted me to call a different number, because and I quote "I've got a million things to do " Wouldn't one of those things be taking orders if you are going to answer the phone ? They can keep their pizza wouldn't want to disturb them. I just called the number listed here also and they told me to call the call center too.
