Stressed out, pissed off staff. I just, like, wanted to get a pizza, man, relax. Won't be coming back due to anger atmosphere. This location has the best staff. Very helpful and fast. Great Pizza Tried calling TWICE to cancel my order for today's delivery at 645 pm..due to work schedule they never answered my call! If the delivery show up and I'm not home to retrieve my order! Hey I called twice at 12:25 pm and 12:27! NO answer so... Had a coupon for 2 free pizzas and a 2liter soda. The staff was very nice and my order took about 20 min. In an attempt to find an inexpensive alternative for dinner, we tried to call the Northern Lights Papa John's. They abruptly told us to call the Old Seward location because they didn't deliver to our area (even though Google says they're the closest to us). So we called the Old Seward location, they RUDELY told us to call the Northern Lights location back. Oh boy. Finally, after calling them back they said out of courtesy they'd take our order, after explaining (as if it was our fault) that we were suppose to call the Boniface location...We've finally got our order in, now let's see if it was even worth the trouble! Thanks for doing us such a favor by taking our order, but seriously try good customer service in the first place to avoid polite "making up for it" customer service.
