The place is alright but alittle dirty (the machines themselves were kinda gross.) And it was Hella expensive like 4.50$ to wash Went to R&S for the first time to wash our two dog beds. I understand dog beds have hair on them and I shook both beds out prior to going in. I was immediately approached by who I would assume is an owner and was told I could not wash the dog beds there. He was extremely rude and picked up one of the beds and put it outside. I was appalled at the customer service or lack thereof and would have appreciated more respect. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Old equipment, driers don’t ever even get hot!!! RUDEST owner/manager I’ve ever encountered at ANY business establishment. If I could leave no stars I would. Conveniently located on the diamond side of town . Family owned and operated , they can even change your bills into actual change . Coin-operated washers and dryers , detergent , bleach , you name it
