Terrible service and rude staff. Glitter on my uniform I brought in. Front desk complained about uniform The quality seems to have dropped in the last year. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful staff, Karen at the front desk was nasty on two separate occasions. We had called twice and were told our (expensive) item would be ready on Saturday or Sunday, on Monday and it isn't done yet and we are leaving town. Awful service, DO NOT GO HERE there are plenty of better options in Anchorage. Quick service and always friendly I have used this business for over 20 years, with few problems. I highly recommend them.
