Horrible, horrible customer service! I will never go here. My son is in JROTC and he needed his pants altered and his uniform cleaned so I called with questions. The lady who answered the phone was having a difficult time understanding what I was asking, eventually through me phrasing the same questions in several different ways she was able to understand. She was polite until (as was I), my final question at which point she loudly spoke over me by saying 'thank you, goodbye' while I was still asking my question. Don't waste your time with a company that relies on their customers but treats them crappy when asked about services. ~Kelly Whittaker Their prices were reasonable, especially for the miracle they preformed on my queen sized sleep number bed topper. We have a Sleep Number 5000 model bed, and our three year old had ruined the plush topper that zipps onto the bed over the last 2 years with urine and vomit (obviously not his fault but nonetheless). I took this and my comforter to Sams to see what they could do. This was my first time using their services. I got them back today and I couldn't believe it. The stains - even from 2 years ago - are like 90 percent gone! And the more recent ones are completely gone. I was also a little worried about the topper shrinking and not fitting the bed anymore since it has to be zipped on, but it was fine. It zipped right back on - no problem. Its nice to know that I can entrust such an expensive product in their care. And its definately clean and smells wonderful. They did a GREAT job, and the family that runs the place could not have been nicer. They even carried the bags out to my car for me. I will definately be using their services from now on for all my dry cleaning needs.
