The seamstress is absolutely incredible. She managed to make the side seam of my favorite weaved jacket was torn and unraveling and now it looks new. The gentleman at the counter has always been excellent. They did a wonderful job cleaning 2 winters off my winter jacket! Not sure why the bad ratings. The laundromat is clean, has free wifi, the machines are modern and the price is good. We have been traveling through America for the past two months and this place is certainly among the best laundromats we came across with. extremely rude to customers. Zero sense of politeness. Never go there again. Used them several times for wash and press, definitely not the best at getting spots or stains out. Had them repair some shirts and replace a zipper, and just a few months later the zipper seam came unraveled. When I asked them to resew it they refused to- without charging me again. I didn't care about the money as much as I wanted them to just stand behind their work. Very rude. Stinks. Equipment fail.
