They get a 5 because the attendant always has the place clean and unlike other places in town, I've NEVER had an issue with any of their machines. Anything not working has signs clearly marked. They also exchanged a dollar that I did lose in one of the machines. Very helpful. The staff may not be the most friendly, but at least there is staff here. I lost a quarter in the machine and got it back quickly. I like that it's open until 11. However prices are extremely high. Nearly 4$ for a regular size washer, and .50$ for 9 minutes in the dryer. I had my clothes in the dryer for over an hour, and when I got home they were still wet. Whenever I do need to use a laundromat, this is my favorite. it's fairly clean and quiet and well-maintained. When I've needed help with anything, the staff is really nice. The dryers make your clothes smell. edit: yeah I'm with another reviewer on this one...new owners are on a slippery slope and don't really care as much as they used to. Entire place smells weird, just weird.
