When moving back to Anchorage, we had a friend recommend Todd Jackson State Farm. We got in touch with Randy Jackson and knew that we didn't need to look any further for our insurance. We've got home, cars, and investment properties with them. Randy did a great job of recommending the correct coverage, finding the best rates, and answering our questions. He's super responsive to phone calls and emails. We've worked with him for over a year and I could not be happier. Justin one of the insurance agents there is and has made it easy to help my customers set up insurance each and every time, if you want a friendly person to talk to, call "Justin" at Todd Jackson State Farm!! Was helped by Randy Jackson and received extraordinary service. He helped us modify our plan to suit our current needs and suggested alternative options without significantly changing rates. Would highly recommend his services and this office as a whole. My mother passed a little over a year ago now and despite calling to have her name removed from the plan and physically going down to the office to have her name removed from the plan, I've been consistently getting bills and other letters addressed in her name. The customer service seems nice in person, but it appears they don't take their customers very seriously. After requesting the change no less than four times, it seems clear that they just really don't care. They also claim to be open until 5:30 pm, however stop taking calls after 5. This makes it impossible for someone who works a regular schedule to get ahold of anyone in their office. This State Farm office has the nicest people. Every single staff member is so nice, and so cheery when you walk in. I worked with Randy Jackson in the office for all my insurance needs, and he was so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and was very sincere in wanting to help me. He was more than a salesman, he really cared about what I needed. Very trustworthy!
