A gentleman by the name John was the most comprehensive, helpful person I have delt with in any kind of insurance situation. With less than a half hour before they closed, I was welcomed in and all of my questions concerning acquiring motorcycle insurance were answered. John also looked into where I could save money on my insurance that I had no idea about. I will continue to use this company for all of my insurance needs in the future, quite simply, because John gave a Damn. Pay the bill one day. In full. The next day get a bill stating I still owe them...wtf...not even late payment! C'mon...departments talk to each other.
