The short version. - Randy's office provided great customer service at a great savings! The longer version - I was looking for coverage for an RV. I've been with Progressive since 2008. While I can't say I've had great customer service, I hadn't had a bad experience. It was just another bill. I paid for a thing and assumed they supplied it. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was being transferred 7 times in one phone call trying to get coverage. Back and forth it went between Commercial and private, RV and conventional. Finally they denied me coverage on my converted bus all together because no one could seems to bother to take the time to hear what I was asking or have the authority to make a blooming decision. In my frustration I decided to see if all the advice I've heard from Clark Howard And Dave Ramsay about having a local agent amounted to anything. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the person who answered the phone was able to help me with Auto, Rv, Renter's and the rest of my questions. She never put me on hold and had a great quote, on the spot. My family is saving money, mostly due to her suggestions. Truly though, savings is only a small part of the picture here. I'd forgotten what it was like to have my needs addressed by a neighbor, a person who was willing to listen, suggest solutions, and even more amazing, had the know how to solve my problems. Thanks folks! I look forward to many years to come. I found Randy by accident when looking for car insurance, by far the best accident that could ever happen! Not only did he help me with my insurance needs, he helped me prepare for my future financially. Randy truly is a man of integrity and only wants what is best for you and your situation. He has a wealth of knowledge and is MORE than happy to share it with those who seek it. I wouldn't be where I am today without the help of Randy and his team. Randy Rhodes and his team are first rate! All are pleasant, well informed, easy to work with, and professional. Tabitha is amazing! Multiple changes to a difficult situation and she handled it with skill and grace. Would recommend working with her every time! I don't have Randy as an insurance agent, but he is one of my clients that I work with for marketing. He is a great guy to work with and its always a pleasure speaking with him! Even though I don't work directly with him, he has given me several pieces of advice for financial planning and the future! If I was in his area, I would definitely use him as my insurance agent.
