Very bad communication. Multiple people take care of your policy and when theres change, they all have different statement. I stay in this office for 9 years and I finally give up because my policy keep on change and when I ask why, they all give me different answer and they also didn't give me all the answer to my question. Don't go to this office. Go to different office. They have always been there for your car need, plus they dont mind answering questions about your policy you. I've been living in Alaska for almost 3 years and im so glad that im with state farm. They've been really nice and understanding and their prices are great seems as if it drops lower and lower every year :-) oh and they even remembered my birthday as i have been so busy i even forgot it was until i got their birthday card in the mail i still have the card hanged it on the wall :-) i would suggest this place to anyone... Best insurance ever...i will always come back to them.....thanks Mr. McCann... Was looking for short term insurance because I was barrowing a friends car for a month. I wasn't sure of Alaska laws and a representative helped me with a solution right away. Thank you
