Always able to explain things about insurance I don't understand, answer stupid questions and I never feel like I'm being lied to or mishandled. All the stars!!! Ron Samber has been my agent for about 23 years. He is such a CAN DO Alaskan, I would offer my recommend to his knowledge of his products, his attentiveness, and as a businessman who expertly serves his community. It is also my opinion that he is a compassionate employer who teaches and leads by example. That said, 4 Stars is great for the insurance arena, which we all know is a necessary evil, hah! I have had Ron Samber as an agent for almost 30 years! Hands down the BEST in the business. Truly takes care of his clients! Highly recommend Ron and his awesome staff. Am very happy. I was able to talk to someone at a time convenient to me. I felt I was being treated honestly. I was not pressured to make decisions. And I am very pleased with the final result.
