Amazing shop! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I love what the new owners have done with the shop. It's the only place I will get my hair cut. I make a special trip to Anchorage just for their service. ❤️ They are so accommodating!! Unbelievable service from the phone call to the make an appointment to the amazing hairstylist! I always feel like a rock star when I leave there! I always love my experience with Alyssa at the Loft. She is an amazing stylist and is fantastic at what she does. She listens to you intently and asks any questions she may have so she can give you exactly what you want. She is very welcoming and I always feel comfortable in her chair. I haven't been disappointed with my hair since I've had Alyssa start doing it. I do and will continue to recommend her to people. I won't go anywhere else. All the ladies are very good at their jobs. I recently had my hair colored at the loft by Alyssa G, and requested that we cover my highlights and have my hair blended to match the lighter brown at the roots of my hair. After being shown a few color swatches she selected a light brown and went to work. The end result was that my hair was about a level two brown, which is one shade away from black. Alyssa told me she could bleach shampoo it, but could not guarantee the results I wanted, she told me that I was just shocked because I was so used to the blonde, but I believe she used the incorrect coloring. She told me to call and come in on monday, which I did, she was not there and would not return my calls until tuesday. The way this was handled was unprofessional and I will not be going back again, she ruined my hair.
