Kept me waiting for half an hour without mentioning she was running late. Sat in the waiting room listening to her discuss credit cards and small business with previous client. Owner needs to learn how to disengage to keep appointments moving. Walked out and never going back. Rude... too busy for new customers... too bad... I want to start off with saying the people were very nice, but that doesn't make up for cutting my hair wrong. I asked for a small inverted hair cut, I said "just follow what is there with a small trim." What I got was layers in the front and longer in the back, not what I wanted. I also get foils on the crown of my hair, you could always see the streaks before now I have a big blob of blond in the front of my head. I got home and strait ironed my hair to see all of this and called them to see if the OWNER could fix it. I was told she would but I had to wait a week. I expressed how embarrassed I was and that really didn't madder I guess. I guess they don't have a problem with having their customers not coming back and being upset with their work. What makes it worse is I have my 1st wedding aniversery in two days and I look like a clown. Please what ever you do don't go there, like I said nice but don't know how to cut hair or give good customer service when they have messed up.
