These guys are great!!! The ladies do excellent work and are pretty quick. I have been getting my nails done here for years and I strongly recommend them. Plus they just updated their furniture and the store looks great!!! I always get the pedicure that gives a good sanding down of that dry skin on my feet, close clip on the nails and then the lovely massage with lotion on those dry heels, toes and calluses. I have no complaints. They do what I request and don't short change the massage when they are as busy as can be. They have enough staff to take care of everyone when every pedicure batch is full. I think they are amazing! Disgusting biased service, I signed in waiting for pedi then 2 girls the lady knew came in after took before me telling me I had to wait. Soooo much more worth driving down the block for a better experience and service. Don't waste your money at this unprofessional location. Been going to Queen's since they opened; when the staff are busy I go other places and am deeply disappointed. Holly and her crew provide an environment that is relaxing and productive. I also only see her staff for waxing. I am constantly asked who does my nails- and when I reply Holly at queen's it always seems to be a surprise. Her staff are the best and other salons are mere copy cats. Pedicures are worth every penny! I have been going here for the past couple of years, mainly for just pedicures and eyebrow wax. They always do a great job, and when I bring my 3 year old daughter with me, they always give her the princess treatment and her nails look so pretty and cute. She loves it!
