  I have been going here for over 5 and they are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Regardless of which tech you see (Crystal, Troy, Long etc.), they are always super friendly, super fast, and the end result is nothing short of perfection. I used to break my nails all the time with everyday activities and now I rarely break one. Their work is quality! I recently got married and didn't know what type of design to do on my nails for the wedding so I told Crystal to do whatever she thought would be best. I got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my wedding nails! They were perfectly neutral and elegant so the focus was on my ring and not my nails, but my nails still looked FANTASTIC. In addition to the awesome quality of their work, they go so far above and beyond for their customers. A couple years ago, I was going to need a fill (before going on vacation) during a time they were going to be out of town. Luck would have it that Crystal and Troy were going to be in the same part of Cali as me, so they brought all the supplies needed to do my nails and did them for me in sunny California! It was so much fun! I could go on and on about how wonderful they all are, but anyone reading this should go in and experience it for themselves I have been going to OMG nails for about 2 years now. Every member of the staff is polite and professional. The salon is clean and comfortable and I always leave very happy. Crystal (the owner) is absolutely the best. She does a meticulous job every time. She always makes my nails look amazing. My polish has never chipped, peeled or bubbled. In fact, 2 weeks later, my nails still look amazing! The prices are fair and I have never been over-charged. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes after arriving for my appointment. They are on time and always do an amazing job. I highly recommend OMG Nails to all my friends. If you want great looking nails at a great price, OMG is the place for you! Crystal and her staff do an amazing job! I never leave there disappointed with my services. I have gone to other places when I’m in a pinch and regretted it- ended up making the next available appointment w crystal that I could. Crystal and her crew have become like family in the years that I have been going there. Services are quick and on point. My nails have good shape, never lift, and I’m always getting compliments on my designs. I’ll be going back there for as long as they’re in business and will always refer people to them. Let’s just say I’m extremely picky. If I’m gonna do something for myself, I want it done by the best. And OMG Nails is the best! I live an hour away and have plenty of nail shops in my area but I choose to drive in every other week for my nail fix. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails! Crystal is fast and efficient and can literally do ANYTHING you want. Plus, she’s the sweetest. My favs for sure! If I could give less than one star I would. This Nail salon used to be good when they first opened, but now not so much. Last time i went in I only needed a fill and new color, but the nail technician(Owner) popped off all my Nails with another fake nail Instead of doing a soak to remove them more gently. It hurt so bad, and re-did everything just to charge me a higher price. The nails were very bulky and paint job was nothing like the picture i showed and requested I didn't not leave a tip and that is very unlike me.I do not like confrontation and just left. I was told i was getting a Gel set of nails, but they did them with acrylic and did a gel polish which is not what i was told i was getting. So i was charged Gel Nail Prices for an acrylic with a gel top coat. Never going back to this Nail salon ever!!! Worst part is the owner is the one who did my nails. I am not a regular at a nail salon on Boniface that I am very happy using. good family environment with understanding employees who listen to what you want and don't over charge.
