I went in on a recommendation from my buddy. I was not disappointed with my experience! My hair was cut by Drew, who was in training at their school. He killed it! Great conversations, and a great cut. I also like how you can book out your appointment in advance. Made an appointment with Drew again. Thanks for the great cut guys! These folks are very nice and extremely polite but I don't think that they are "cut out to cut hair" (at least my guy was not). Haircut took well over an hour, stylist seemed lost, the clippers "clipped" my neck, and I felt that my haircut was mediocre at best. I would not return. Impeccable atmosphere and a very friendly place to find a trim. If you're in need of some manscaping at a reasonable price, hands down, top barber in Anchorage. Best haircut experience ever!!! Shawn is a professor in customer service. I've been in the service industry 18 yrs and consider myself a expert in customer service but Shawn is on another level. If you work with customers in your work place I suggest going to see Shawn even if you just got a haircut yesterday. You'll leave there better at your job and with a better cut than you get at your current barber shop. He is training his students in excellence all the while controlling the quality of work they produce. I've had all of levels of solon experiences from low end to $200 haircuts and nobody comes close to the service i received there. Truly the best there is. Shawn is changing the game in anchorage ak of all places. Hats off to him!! He has my up most respect. A true legend. Best haircut I've ever gotten, hands down. I was really sad when I had to move away and try to find a new place as good as this one. Still haven't found one.
