This is hands down the worst contractor that I have ever worked with. I hired them to paint the exterior of my house in the summer of 2017. I signed the contract on a Friday and they were to show up at my house the following Monday per the owner. I did not hear from them until two weeks later. Per the contract they were to pressure wash the entire house, apply 1 full coat of primer, 2 full coats of paint, paint the trim and do any finish work. They did not pressure wash my house before they sprayed the primer. They did not do a full coat of primer, they just touched up areas that they thought needed it. After calling the owner he initially lied and stated that they had pressure washed. He changed his story after I informed him that I had pictures of leaves that had been primed over. The owner was very hostile and did not even attempt to apologize for this. I was home the day that they sprayed the house and they only did 1 coat, they back-rolled it but they did a poor job. They also painted the windows shut, its not a big deal but when i called them to come fix it the owner said they would and i never heard from them again. North Pole paint my exterior home,deck,porch,stair They did great job and fast After passed winter,my deck some need to touch up I called North Pole and explain to him about my deck They came another summer cause I called late summer They not only touch up my deck,they redo 300 sf deck thats 6 hours job. I am happy customer
