Severely rude and unprofessional. I called because we need remodeling done to our lower unit, beginning with that we needed all of the door frames redone and before I could finish, the man cut me off, said he was leaving for vacation and that there was nothing he could do. We had a prior estimate from another company that the total cost would be around $17,000 on the shorter end, but wanted a second opinion because we had heard good things about this company. Clearly, the man I spoke with cared nothing about being professional with a potential customer. Have used Chris and his company for home remodel a piece a time over last eight years.
