They are a good outfit, but they are booked out quite far, so make your appointment asap. The guy that came to inspect my leaking fan issues helped as much as he could before telling me we needed a roofer to do the rest. However, he did suggest I could do it myself and gave me a specific list of things to buy and directions on how to apply them. He also told me to call with any questions I had while completing the task. Then he called after he left because he forgot an important pointer concerning the DIY task. Had our install done a little over a year ago. About one month after the warranty period, the pump failed on our system which meant we completely lost heat when it was about 0 degrees out. They came out that very same day and replaced the pump and didn't charge us anything even though we were out of warranty. Will definitely continue to use them again and again.
