Neat, well organized, very professional customer-oriented staff. Their finished work is great, but it's the process I find very frustrating! I've been stood up for appt.s to install because they called the wrong number, not once, but twice, to tell me my order wasn't here even though the correct number had been dialed multiple times from my file. They installed the wrong window when I wasn't there to watch only to realize after I called them that they ordered the wrong one. Although they have made everthing right on two separate jobs, the customer service, professionalism and follow up are very poor.
