Never had problems helpful staff at the pumps. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. I called to confirm that they did tire replacements and to see if they had a used tire for my car, and they told me there was one available for me and told me the price. When I went in to get it, I am being told they only had brand new tires for about $120. Reluctantly, I bought the tire, which was a mistake. After a while I decide to just get a refund and find the tire somewhere else instead of dealing with their bait and switch. When I ask for the refund, I was told that since I used my debit card, it would take 3 days for it to go through. It never went through. I called the manager again and told her, she said she would call the people needed for the refund and for me to give it a few more days. I still never got anything. I was basically cheated out of $120 and will not recommend anyone dealing with them. Great work and they are always honest. I've never been over charged by them. ALWAIZE DA BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYTIME!!! BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS &&& I CAN'T COMPLAIN!!!
