Big Mike's auto shop is amazing! I cannot say enough about how well they took care of me. I had an oil leak after my oil was changed. They fixed the issue (which most likely was not even their fault), reimbursed me for the trouble, gave me a great deal on a couple of tires and gave me a coupon for a free oil change in the future. They are so friendly and helpful and made me feel completely at ease. I will NEVER go anywhere else for auto needs. Thanks again to Mike and his crew! I did tires change 10/26/16 at Tesoro Jewel lake 99502 I noticed that left front tires sensor is not work,tell Mike new owner He said he will take a look Back on 10/28/16 he didn't see yet he blamed cause tires pressure I requested Just to avoid responsibility After he check he said just need to reset and his technician tried 15 minutes and the result is display in dashboard mess up and the problem still there Now he blamed system in dashboard need to fix it,he broke it It was all good Came to Mike and he said I don't know you need to fix system in dashboard I said are you not responsible to fix it? He said ..........yes I am not responsible thank you and don't come again in front of four his employee How rude is he,how bad customer service Last owner I changed 5 cars every year for many years I never had any problem and great customer service This new owner show that only him has business tires changes in Anchorage Cause he said to me I am not responsible thank you and don't come back again Just carefull with this new owner he broke it he won't responsible to fix it he will say thank you don't come back again I will file a complaint to BBB and other agency Thanks Mike I won't come back again I must disagree with the other reviewers. The service for me has been exceptional. The prices for brake work, and tire changing have been the best I've seen. And the mechanics were cordial and explained my options before doing work. This is a shop I would recommend to anyone. They always get my tires changed quickly and try to accommodate for appointment times. They don't make you wait all day to get your car back- usually only 20 minutes. They let me store my tires there overnight too, locked up.
