Delicious sandwich but rude staff. Customer service goes a long way. The soup wasn't very good. The noodles were cooked so long they practically disintegrated. I just asked to switch it out for the side of potato salad for my wife and they refused saying it was "free." It's only "free" if you buy a menu item, which we did. If I came off the street and didn't buy anything, I doubt it would be free. After a $35 lunch, delicious but pricey, the rude staff ruined it for us and we haven't returned. Best coffe in dowtown. Great lunch spot Great sandwiches, but waited 1/2 hour. Nice and clean. For an Italian like me so far away from home it is fantastic to have a place like "Originale" and being able to get some great Italian food. Ingredients are very high quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful (and they speak Italian!). Incredible panini and Nutella lattes!
