Free airport shuttle that leaves every hour on the hour and will get you from the airport! Rooms are small but cozy, decent views of anchorage if you get the higher floors. Baths are clean, room was very tidy. It isn't the most updated tv wise but for the cost of 60+ a night it's a very reasonable accomadation. It was also very quiet, a big plus for the weary traveler! There were two bed bugs in my bed, literally. I took a picture and went down to reception and showed them and the guy at reception was incredibly helpful and got me into another room, however, next morning the manager denied there being any bugs, even though I took pictures and was unwilling to pay to have my clothes that had been in the bed cleaned and would not give me any compensation whatsoever. I travel all over the world and I've never said this about a place before: never stay here!! Worst hotel experience in the city of anchorage had better experience at Sockeye which is something I never thought I'd say. No heat in rooms if you're from the lower 48 you're SOL. There are huge horse flies in some of the rooms. Being on the 10th floor I was hopeful for the phones to be working which they did not my entire stay. Only thing good about this place is the view and the restaurant downstairs. You definitely need some remodel upgrades. I wish I could review my stay here, but I didn't even spend the night. I brought my luggage up to the room and sat on the bed for about 15 minutes before bed bugs started crawling out of the blankets towards me. I caught one in a plastic cup and brought it to the front desk staff. He promptly threw it in the trash and helped me get a refund. The room had a little kitchenette which was nice. However, it was a hot day and the room felt very stuffy and dated. I couldn't bring myself to stay in a place where I knew there was an infestation. Sorry Inlet Towers. I tried. Stayed in the 3rd floor for 2 nights. Rooms weren't gross or anything but the bed mattresses were pretty firm. I wish the A/C was in better shape. It was just a window unit so it had to run constantly to keep the temperature down. Other than that it wasn't a bad room and the price was comparable to other hotels in the area.
