Old little coffee house feel. You will wait in line if you go in the morning... it's very crowded because it's small. But it's way better than the franchise coffee shops. This one has charm. There's small "living room" type seating and a little patio. Coffee usually good, limited food menu but good... try the quiche or oatmeal ;-) Not open evenings. Really good lattes. I like that they use Monin Syrups. I prefer them over the other brands. They get pretty busy so you should not expect to grab a coffee and bagel "super quick." Overall Coffee is great, food options are good (quiche looks yummy) and atmosphere and service is friendly. I had latte and it was good. I wish they had more variety as I like to explore each cafe's creations. By far my favorite place in Anchorage to have a double shot espresso, sit down and enjoy it. Haven't tried any of their other drinks and probably I never will. Really strong coffee. Great coffee, friendly staff. The baked goods were very good and the place had a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.
