We had a blast. The kids got their 2 free games for their summer bowl program, and all we paid for was shoes and my game. It was super empty because it was a Sunday. And the staff was super friendly! A lot of fun. Has bumpers for the kids. Family friendly, restaurant, bar; what more could you ask for?! Paid for 2 games and our lane got stuck for extended periods in both games. The second game, we asked to get it fixed 2 times and after over 15 minutes of waiting, decided to get a refund and leave. The employee tried to tell us it had only been 5 minutes despite us having checked our watches several times during the wait. Rolling your eyes at a customer isn't the best way to make amends for poor service. Will not be returning. At least we got our money back. JBER Polar Bowl is a nice spot for a fun night of bowling with the family. Nicely priced and good pizza!
