Customer Service is bad. The guy at the front desk talked in a rude mode the whole intire time. Prices are too expensive. Would not advise coming here. This place sucks. Tell.me how the bug at the front charges each person for a game. His philosophy is that each person buys a game of monopoly and then each person pays again to play only once. I'm at center bowl now and was able to play 2 games with four people for the price of two games. Not 4. Diamond bowl is a waste of time. My family and I went here today. We were the only ones there. My daughter just turned 2, and the biggest size shoe for a toddler was an 8. The guy at the front desk allowed my Daughter to bowl in her regular shoes, and was very nice. He showed us which ball was the lightest for her, which of course my husband had to still help her, but we had a great time with her. The bowling ally it's self is pretty outdated and no TV or music of anything going, and the guy was pretty quiet and on his phone watching videos the entire time, but it didn't effect how we were able to bowl Nice and adorable site for daily fun but has a lot of room for improvement. The guy in the front desk was very rude and seems like he hates his job. I was trying to get the right sizes for my kids and family and the guy says it seems like I'm just guessing and that he has to keep bringing different sizes and has to put away the shoes. First of all its your dam job to bring whatever sizes I need. If you do not like your job quit. This place needs to be updated and it smells here. The guy in the front needs some serious help with customer service and it wouldn't hurt to smile! Please save your money and go to a better bowling alley that will treat you better!
