My wife and I have been going to Vibe for years now and always receive excellent service & high quality cuts. Denise rocks! The shop is well-decorated, and the prices are average, but my haircut is the same as at the beauty schools and now 'm stuck w/ the wrong product. The stylist had no personality or creativity (no clue what a razor is for, no funk no flash). She didn't style my hair after the cut and told me to "give it a few days" when she saw my face after looking at her work. I expect more than this from a practicing professional. Plus, she recommended the totally WRONG product for my hair and didn't tell me there are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on any products--so if you buy something, make sure they've used it on you before you get stuck w/ an inappropriate product you can't use. Drive to Anchorage, it's worth it.
