Went in blonde with highlights from the summer, asked for a strawberry blonde color and figured it would look pretty with the highlights. Not only did I come out with dark burgundy, red hair, she put a filler in to hide my highlights. I don't like to complain, but this dye job has me feeling pretty terrible. I've tried living with it but I just hate it... I really don't think she even tried to match the photo I showed her. She barely even glanced at it. The atmosphere of salon is very uninviting and negative. The receptionists were very rude and I think everyone in the salon needs to take a customer service class. I definitely will not be returning. I love getting my haircut here it is always quick and convenient and I love my stylist Clara she always knows how to do my hair to my liking. I have no complaints about my experience at trendsetters only good things to say! I've been 3 times so far and I've had a really good experience all 3 times. I got a fantastic quality dye and they were very helpful in helping me pick a color that doesn't require a ton of upkeep as I'm on a budget. The price for the dye and the cut itself was reasonable. I don't love the product pushing, but that's just something you find in hair salons. Paul is an amazing stylist and colorist. I've been coming here for 6 years and all the women in my family get their hair done by him. He's both very respectful of what you want to do to your hair, and will be honest about his opinion, which was helpful in my teen years of wanting sidebangs! I would recommend him to anyone!
