Elissa at Shear Madness Salon & Spa has a great place. I love the decor and I especially love the creativity that the ladies there at the shop have. Autumn did a great job on my hair and my two granddaughters loved the way their hair looked after she gave them a little makeover. They were in front of the mirror everyday, it was cute. I highly recommend Shear Madness Salon & Spa Alaska This review is for Ashley. She is a very angry person. I was scared away making the appointment to cut my hair because she became so hostile while trying to schedule an appointment. I get that she is busy and has kids. Guess what? Other people are busy too...!! I'm 6 months pregnant, have a full time job, a business on the side, and have just moved to lovely Anchorage. I am stressed out and just wanted a haircut:( She got more and more frustrated when looking for a time that was good for both of us and started raising her voice more and more til she was almost yelling. I don't know about you but I don't want an angry stylist with scissors near my face. Ashley did an awesome job with my cut and color. She also did a consult the week before so that we could discuss the color and how i wanted it cute. She took her time and did a great job. If I could I wouldn't give this salon any stars! They are very inexperienced and not customer friendly. I was very disappointed with my hair and she would not do anything to rectify the situation. I would not recommend them to anyone! I found a Groupon deal and decided to use it! I don't regret my decision, Rachel did an awesome job with hair (highlights and cut) I recommend this place!
