I came here to fix a bad haircut gotten elsewhere. They were great, found a way to fit me in last second without bumping their other clients. Samantha was awesome, she took the time to explain why my other haircut looked so bad on me. She gently, kindly, respectfully guided me toward a different haircut than the one I was asking for which was probably going to look even worse. She was friendly and “real” without being overwhelming, and was an absolute professional in handling my last-second appointment and ill-advised cut request.
