If you're looking for a verity of meat and BBQ then you need to visit Texas Roadhouse. Everything here tastes fantastic. The BBQ Chicken Sandwich is my favorite item because it's cheap and simple. The prices here are a little more expensive, so eat all the peanuts you can. The bread rolls with the cinnamon butter are amazing too. The employees occasionally will dance, so that's unique. What I didn't realize is there is an outdoor seating area, but I've never been asked if I want to sit outside. On a sunny day I will request to eat outside next time. Bottomless non-alcoholic (soda & ice tea) drinks here. Impossible to leave here dehydrated! When we are in Anchorage, we generally don't eat in chain restaurants. There's so many good local eateries to do that! But we were hungry and this restaurant was there, so we went for it. I have to say I was impressed. Service was great, prices were similar to the Lower 48, and the food was awesome. The kids enjoyed throwing peanuts on the ground too. All in all, I'd say give this place a go! Food is great and staff seems to be specifically trained to be really good waiters and waitresses, which is awesome! Restaurant's vibes are always fun and rowdy, great place to take a huge group of people (: Good place to eat...just need to work on the fresh veggies...a little on the hard side..if u can't pierce a carrot..then they are not done and same for the sweet potatoes... but otherwise excellent steaks and ribs.... I enjoyed the food, enjoyed the price. I was less impressed with how busy they were and how stretched that made the waitresses. Incredible warm rolls while you're waiting though.
