One of the most overcharged sea food places I've ever been to. Food is below average. I gave 2 stars because the staff were very cool. But let's face it the food sucks. Ordered take out - Fishermen's Platter with Caesar salad and clam chowder. The chowder was great. A lot of clams and was very creamy. The salad was okay - Romaine lettuce with dressing. Not much to talk about. The food was typical fried fare. Th cod was good though. Thick and flaky, unlike other that can sometimes be tough. The clam strips was not too good. Kind of dry and tough like it was over done or refried. The food was good, not great but good. Our waiter never came to our table after sitting there for almost 15 minutes. A waitress wound up waiting on us, she was the only good thing about the whole meal which was our anniversary dinner. Wish I would've gotten her name. The corn fritters were delicious, but the rest of the food wasn't memorable. We had halibut fish and chips and a shrimp pesto pasta. Both were alright. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was fun. The ago you can eat salad bar did not have near enough variety to justify the $9 dinner price. It was barely forgivable at lunch for only $5. The ONLY reason I can guess sea galley has as many 4-5 star ratings as it does is because they are from 10 or more years ago when they WERE amazing. It's almost heartbreaking how lame things are now compared to how they were. The stuffed mushrooms years ago were incredible!! Huge, STUFFED full and loaded with hollandaise sauce. Now they're a few tiny mushrooms with a drizzle of sauce:( they're very expensive for what you get too. Good service though
